إذا كنت صاحب حساب في Wasla

لحذف قناة وكل محادثاتها: ادخل لوحة التحكم، ثم القنوات، ثم تعديل، ثم فصل القناة. الحذف فوري.
لحذف حساب شركتك بالكامل: راسلنا من بريد الحساب على العنوان أدناه، ونحذف كل البيانات خلال 30 يوماً ونرسل لك تأكيداً.

إذا كنت عميلاً راسلت شركة تستخدم Wasla

محادثاتك ملك الشركة التي راسلتها. اطلب منها الحذف مباشرة، أو راسلنا مع رقمك أو معرّفك واسم الشركة، وسننسّق معها لحذف بياناتك.

If you have a Wasla account

To delete a channel and all its conversations: open the dashboard, go to Channels, choose Edit, then Disconnect channel. Deletion is immediate.
To delete your whole company account: email us from the account address below. We delete all data within 30 days and send you a confirmation.

If you are a customer who messaged a business using Wasla

Your conversations belong to the business you messaged. Ask them directly, or email us with your number or username and the business name and we will coordinate the deletion with them.
